I have been a patient for about two years now. The entire staff is friendly, caring, and competent. I once walked in to schedule an appointment due to some discomfort I was feeling with a crown, and they got me right into a chair on the spot. The staff was genuinely concerned that I was feeling discomfort and didn't want to make me wait for an appointment. Sheena is the hygienist I normally see and she is quite possibly the friendliest person alive. Dr. Gledhill has always been honest and upfront about concerns he has and treatment options. While they offer cosmetic services, I have never once felt pressured to receive a service that I didn't want, as I have unfortunately experienced at other clinics in the past. If I did need/want cosmetic services I would trust them to provide honest service at an honest price. I highly recommend this clinic.

Amazing staff, Annie is amazing, with make all the schedules come together and all my last minute changes. Staff is alway warm and welcoming. Dr Peterson and Gledhill are great. I went 7 years scared to death to see dentist, now I’m scheduled every 6 months.

Love gledhill dental! The staff are all so friendly and wonderful. Been a patient here since 2013. I've received care from both Gledhill and Peterson as well as a number of hygienists and assistants. The front office stage are always pleasant and welcoming too. I'd recommend this place to anyone needing dental care.

We have been patients for three years now. We always love going to our dentist. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. They always answer our questions. We always get reminders of our appointments thru text or postcards.

If anyone in Tri-Cities is looking for a dentist, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Gledhill at Gledhill Dental. I called so many dentists on Saturday because I was experiencing a dental emergency. Dr Gledhill was able to get an assistant to come in first thing on a Sunday morning, over the holiday weekend and help get me out of the worst pain I’ve ever felt. (I am a tough bird, but I don’t do dental pain.) On top of that, they were gracious and kind, explained my next steps. And Dr. Gledhill texted me this evening to follow up and make sure I’m doing okay. I’m personally switching all of my dental care to them. They’ve made a friend/patient for life.

Lance and his team have always provided excellent customer service and oral health. If you want a healthy mouth, CALL LANCE!!! I love how everyone has a positive attitude and is very knowledgeable. Love my hygienist Sarah. My whole family comes here, and I recommend them to my colleagues. I used to struggle with cavities, and his maintenance plan and educated approach to my to teeth/gums has kept me cavity free for 8 years.

The staff there are very welcoming. Overall 10 out of 10 experience. Will definitely be going back.

When we moved to Tri-Cities in 2018 our former Dentist, Dr. Young in Yakima, referred us to Dr. Petersen at Gledhill Dental. Gledhill Dental (Dr Gledhill and his whole team) never disappoint. I'm always amazing at the professionalism and care that they take when you're a patient there. Check in is always a breeze. The Hygienists/Dental Assistants are always helpful and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The Drs (both Gledhill and Peterson) are both always there to answer questions and make you feel heard. They don't try to recommend unnecessary procedures or but pressure to do things you're uncomfortable with. I appreciate this office making our family's dental experience a pleasant one.
